Question 6:  Can I change my Identakey's Username and Password?

Answer:  Yes! And we recommend that you do so regularly.  The Identakey holds information that you do not want shared in anyway.  If you leave the key with a child care provider, and then then need to send it with your child on a school field trip, we recommend that you use different passwords.  One for the child to always use, one for the child care provider and one for you.  Resetting passwords takes only moments but ensures that the information has an extra layer of safeguarding.
