Question 1:  What kind of computer do I need to use with the Identakey?

Answer:  Any IBM-compatible computer using Windows 2000/XP operating system will operate the Identakey.  When using Windows 2000 - Service Pack 3 (SP3) is the minimum upgrade requirement from Microsoft.  Upgrades are available from Microsoft at http://update.microsoft.com.
